Words to Ponder Are you aware of how much Thrivent Financial for Lutherans has helped this congregation in its ministry here at home and within the community? They have provided additional funds for us to assist several families and other programs throughout the year. In the past few years, we have been able to assist such groups as our Youth Program, the Little Lambs Preschool, our Educational Endowment Fund, Project Christmas, Operation Thanks-Giving, the Holiday Faire, and several families who were in financial need. These were accomplished with the aid of matching funds provided to the congregation from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. As one of your Thrivent Congregational Coordinators, I felt that I needed to inform you just how much more we have been able to accomplish with Thrivent’s assistance. They do much more than you realize in assisting congregations with God’s work here on this earth.
